Common Questions Asked
Navigating complex immigration policies can be overwhelming. Here is clear information to help you move forward with confidence.
Is it safe to travel on Advance Parole through ADAC?
Traveling with Advance Parole allows you to return to the U.S., but entry is never 100% guaranteed, as final admission is determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the port of entry.
Whether it is “safe” to travel depends on:
- Your specific immigration status
- Any pending applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Any past immigration violations or overstays
- Current U.S. entry policies and inspection procedures
